I’m graduating in less than a month and don’t know how to feel. After putting work into obtaining this degree (even though I might not a job right after college), I am feeling excited, nervous, ready to tackle my passions head on including this blog (stay tuned for that)! Pat yourself on the back Oumou. You’ve worked hard. Kept going when it felt impossible. Definitely cried over a few assignments. This is a pre thank you letter to my village. Thank you to my biological parents and every single human being that has played that role from my caregiver Ms. Aida all the way to my teachers and professors, I am grateful for all of you. It takes a village to raise a child and you guys have not disappointed me. I pray that I able to pass my knowledge down to my kids and the generations to come. You guys have poured into me more than you know. What an amazing journey to be on and boy has it been a ride! The decision to be a part of my village was obligatory for some of you but chosen by many and I am grateful !

Alhamdoullilah always ! Nothing is impossible with Allahou SWT!
